Maternity Leave and Pay
Changes have been made to Statutory Maternity Leave and Pay. We have produced an updated version of our booklet 'Having a Baby - your rights at work' for women who are pregnant and need to know their rights at work.
Holidays from Work
The government intends to increase statutory holiday entitlement from 4 weeks to 4.8 weeks per year from 1st October 2007, with a further increase to 5.6 weeks from 1st April 2009. Find out how this will affect you with our revised Holidays factsheet .
