The Greater Manchester Pay and Employment Rights Advice service is an organisation committed to working to improve pay and conditions for low paid workers through the provision of employment rights advice, information, research and campaigning.

We wish to appoint a Rights Advice Project Worker to develop a new outreach employment rights advice service. The project will provide advice to migrant workers and work with groups and agencies who support them.

Applicants will have two years’ experience of providing advice to the public on their rights within an advice agency or similar organisation. Experience of working in partnership with groups and agencies to develop services and an understanding of the issues affecting migrant workers is also essential.

Experience of employment rights advice is desirable but not essential as the successful candidate will receive an on-going package of training, support and mentoring from the employment rights advice team.
